CAB is an amphoteric surfactant, appearing as a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid with a slight fatty amide odor. It has low irritation.

It has good thickening, antistatic, softening, foaming, foam-stabilizing and decontaminating properties.It is very mild to skin and hair, and also features bactericidal action, hard water resistance and easy biodegradability.
